Oceanic Mini Shadow Mask Pink

Very low profile...enough so to allow for peripheral vision, which is important when spearfishing. Not sure what others are doing wrong with the fogging, I use Arm&Hammer toothpaste as an anti-fogging measure and have never had a problem. I free-dive/spearfish regularly (1-2 times a week year round) and have had no problems. I lost mine recently on a scalloping expedition...I borrowed a friends and then I realized exactly how excellent this mask is. Needless to say, I immediately ordered another when I got home.

Perfect for diving tanks

This mask worked great for my snorkel trip. Definitely best fit for those with smaller faces. The wide strap helps keep the mask in place without slipping.

This mask is well made, has very good reviews and when it is dry it fits my face like a glove. Even without the strap it stays on my face. I dive for a living so i have owned several masks. I was shocked when this mask leaked badly through two dives. I feel the problem is that the skirt is soft and any facial movements cause the mask seal to shift and water comes in. I still give it a good review because it is well made and comfortable to wear and maybe it is just a matter of my face.

Before the mask's first use, I pre-treated the lens by applying basic, simple, traveler-sized Colgate toothpaste five times on the inside and two times on the outside. I experienced no fogging after a quick dive in the pool and no leaking. This black mask fits great, and it provides a wide and excellent field of view compared to other black and even clear masks that I've used in the past. The strap also feels very comfortable. The only thing that I don't like is that the strap does take a lot longer to dry because it's not the usual silicone strap. Overall, this is an amazing mask!

Great mask, have had one for 8 years, finally got my son his own pair. Same quality, went up in price ~$15 from then to now, not bad. If you haven't tried them on prior to purchasing, do yourself a favor and give enough time to return them if they don't seal on your face.

I have a chubby child like face! Most masks get leaks in my hair line or lip..... This mask is boss level! I LOVE IT! It's by far the most comfortable mask I've ever owned! I never thought I would find a mask with such great fit!

Must use toothpaste to remove film. After that, they work well. I use the mask for snorkeling, and I have no complaints. Very comfortable, although the closeness of the mask takes some time to get used to.

Used for Scuba. I love this mask. If it fits your face it is awesome. I much prefer the single lens type masks as well as an all black mask. This is nice and matte and does not bounce any light inside mask. Frameless and extremely low volume; very close to my face but in a good way with an exceptional field of view. The strap is horrid. I would replace immediately. Fortunately the mask had a good enough fit that I didn't actually need a strap at depth, but not ok to have a crap strap in general. The silicone skirt is also extremely light, which is both comfortable, but might be more potentially prone to leaking as well.

The mini shadow is perfect for the smaller female face. It took some work to remove the factory coating. I used a lighter to burn the mask a number of times, took advantage of some fellow diver's hot ashes, but once the coating was off, I've had no issues with fogging. I've been diving with this mask since January 2013, have logged 100+ dives with it, and it still performs exceedingly well. Definitely a great purchase!
