Product Description

Improve your trim, balance, and underwater stability with the Hollis 5 lb Non-Ditchable Trim Weight Pockets. Designed for technical and recreational divers, these durable weight pockets provide a secure solution for carrying trim weights while maintaining a streamlined diving configuration.

Each pocket holds up to 5 lb (2.26 kg) of lead, allowing you to fine-tune your buoyancy and weight distribution for improved horizontal trim and greater comfort underwater. These non-ditchable weight pockets are ideal for permanent weight placement on tank bands, backplate harnesses, waist belts, or any standard 2-inch (50 mm) webbing.

Constructed from rugged 1000-denier nylon, the pockets are built to withstand demanding diving environments while offering excellent durability and abrasion resistance. A secure zippered closure keeps weights safely contained, while an integrated drainage grommet allows water to exit quickly after each dive.

In addition to carrying trim weights, these versatile pockets can also be used to store compact dive accessories such as SMBs, line markers, or small tools. Their compact profile helps maintain a clean, hydrodynamic setup without adding unnecessary bulk.

Whether you're configuring a technical diving system or optimizing your recreational scuba gear, the Hollis 5 lb Non-Ditchable Trim Weight Pockets provide a reliable, durable, and practical storage solution.

Great for that extra weight

These are very handy for packing extra weight. They slip right on your tank straps.

Great Option to help your trim

I purchased these to help better distribute weight on my new BC. It happens to be a Hollis but the design should make these work on any BC with tank bands up to 2 inches wide. I placed them on the top band of my BS just as I have them on my other BC. It better counteracts the weight in my waist pockets. I am not sure I will even need to put 5 pounds in each pocket but nice to nkwo the option is there for me if I do need it.

Ruggedly built

These weight pockets are extremely well designed and built. Holding 5lbs. each they are quite capable of assisting the diver in achieving the desired trim position.
